In 1948 George Myers arrived in Springfield, Illinois to begin a career with the Farm Bureau and University of Illinois Extension Programs. George would later become immersed Farm Management through his work at a local financial institution.
Leaning on his extensive knowledge of the agriculture industry and his entrepreneurial spirit, George founded Myers Land Services in 1978. Through his strong leadership, George quickly positioned the firm as a leader in the agricultural community. His real estate, farm management, and appraisal services were highly regarded by farmers and business professionals. George’s commitment to personalized customer service helped differentiate the company from its competitors.
Under the ownership of Paul Rice the company has expanded its product line by offering Auction services for personal property, real property, and benefits. As the company has evolved one thing still permeates through the company, an unwavering commitment to customer service. It is at the core of everything we do at Myers Rice Auction and Realty.
Paul Rice is the Owner and Licensed Managing Broker/Realtor for the firm. In addition he is a Licensed Auctioneer. His licenses permit him to provide real estate and auction services in the State of Illinois. Jeff Hamrick is a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor in the State of Illinois.
